This is my third presentation looking at what's happening in digital.

From a social media perspective, I look at brands that are collaborating with customers and include examples.

In terms of online, my previous presentations have looked at the latest goings on and what has happened. This time I look ahead to 2010 and what we can expect to see.

In terms of mobile, like with the online section, I also look ahead to 2010 and what I think will be the key battlegrounds.

I finish with two case studies. The first looks at apps and the second looks at Google and what they've been up to lately.
