Purpose of the Texas STaR Chart<br />Developed around the four key areas of the Long-Range Plan for Technology, 2006-2020 to:<br />Allow schools and districts to measure their progress towards federal and state requirements.<br />Measure the impact of efforts to improve student learning through technology.<br />Indentify areas for improvement to ensure the best possible teaching/learning process.<br />
