    A tool for planning and self-assessment
    Aligned with the Long-Range Plan for Technology, 2006-2020
    The two types:
    Texas Campus STaR Chart
    Texas Teacher STaR Chart
  • 8. Purpose of the Texas STaR Chart
    Developed around the four key areas of the Long-Range Plan for Technology, 2006-2020 to:
    Allow schools and districts to measure their progress towards federal and state requirements.
    Measure the impact of efforts to improve student learning through technology.
    Indentify areas for improvement to ensure the best possible teaching/learning process.
