We are living in an age where Kenya's youth are more informed than any other young generation before them. Think about it; only a decade ago we had virtually no internet penetration, digital TV was science fiction, there were only 2 national TV stations, 3 national radio stations...the list is endless
Brands can no longer rely on simply broadcasting their messages to the consumer via traditional media; new media means interaction levels have increased to unprecedented levels. Brands now have to build intimate relationships with their consumers.
