JFF helps implement and support several large, multistate programs that not only touch tens of thousands of individuals, but also allow lessons to be drawn from significant sample sizes and a diverse range of communities.▲ Strong partnerships significantly increase scale and impact. JFF partners with local, state, and national organizations to manage and support dozens of programs. This allows the organization to build scale and leverage national expertise and experience for local impact.▲ Impressive national donor base. JFF’s national donor base includes some of the nation’s top foundations and investors, which underscores the organization’s strong programs and financial health.▲ Strong balance sheet. JFF has weak organizational transparency and little quantification of impact (offers primarily single- program case studies), making it difficult to assess the organization and its overall effectiveness.● High Management & General expenses.
