The 2012 annual contract value (ACV) for the BPO market in the Asia-Pacific is $1.4-billion Yes, $1.4 Billion.
This is 33 % higher than the previous year’s figure.
The index also showed that the contracts awarded to BPO firms in the Asia-Pacific have doubled since 2007.
