ABOUT JBCJewer Bailey Consultants Limited (JBC) is a 100% locally owned and operated multi-disciplineconsulting engineering firm specializing in structural, mechanical and electrical systemdesign and project management services for commercial, industrial, institutional andresidential projects. JBC was started in June 2012 by Ken Jewer P. Eng. and Ray Bailey P. At its St. John‟s, NL office JBCcurrently employs nine (9) highly technical staff consisting of structural, mechanical andelectrical engineers, technologists and administrative personnel.JBC was born out of a philosophy of providing high quality, personal service in a timelymanner while maintaining a focus and commitment to project budgets. With all of the recentmergers and acquisitions of local engineering firms within the province by large multi-national companies it became apparent that a need existed for a smaller, more responsive, locally owned and operated entity to step into the void and fulfill this need. Hence thecreation of Jewer Bailey Consultants Ltd.
