    • We are now able to offer all team members the opportunity to show many of your lease clients a muchlarger range of properties through our relationship with Hyperion Homes.Their Lease with Purchase Right program is outlined in the attachment. Basically, those renters whowould love to own their home but can not based on some glitch in credit or not having enough saved upfor a down payment may apply on line and when approved for the program, they can look at homes forsale instead of just homes for lease. When they find a property, you write an offer for Hyperion to buy thehouse for cash. You are paid the commission as buyer’s agent for Hyperion and they will write the leasefor your tenant to occupy the house.
