  • Myself and my co-founder, another surgeon, realised that the NHS has a real problem. It cannot effectively communicate with its workforce and we saw firsthand how this was leading to patient harm and patient deaths.Why is this?Well you have a huge workforce (1.3M), 400’000 nurses, 100’000 hospital doctors, who are highly mobile, have no office or pc, and can rotate between organisations as often as every 3 months.
