  • 1.  Theory states that the color of a person’s hair, eyes, and skin create their color tone. The skin is the most important because it covers the largest area.
  • 2.  A subdued trace of color seen through another color. Everyones skin color has either a yellow or blue undertone.
  • 3.  Analyzing skin tones and finding out what colors are most flattering for you to wear.
  • 4.  Most people in the world are winter people. Those with Asian, Indian, African, a nd Polynesian heritages fall into this group. They usually have dark hair, and brown eyes. Their skin has blue undertones.
  • 5.  People from Britain, Northern Europe and Scandinavia are this type. Hair is strawberry blonde to medium reddish- brown. Most have blue eyes, others have aqua, golden brown or green eyes. Their skin has yellow undertones
  • 6.  People from Scandinavia and northern Europe are summer people. They may blush or sunburn easily Hair is ash blonde, which often darkens with ages. Blue eyes are the most common, but some may have green, gray, hazel or brown Their skin has blue undertones
  • 7.  Many different racial backgrounds are autumns Have reddish highlights that range from blonde to chestnut brown Eyes are usually brown, but some are green or hazel Many have freckles and yellow undertones
