As a Guide for ChaCha, your job is to provide the most accurate and reliable information to the customer. Looking up information on some of the questions can be a little difficult. So just put a smile on your face and remember that they are what’s keeping this company alive and thriving!
I’m about to show you…
Exactly how I complete each and every one of my searches! Each question is different and one may require a bit more research than another. Regardless, there is an effective and quick way to search any question that you happen to get! ChaCha to the rescue!
Which is cheaper at Gamestop:
“ Madden 11” or “NCAA Football 11”?
The first thing I want to do is…
Go directly to www.gamestop.com
The customer asked specifically for the prices of the games at that online shop! Cutting my search time in half just because I don’t have to spend time comparing the prices at Gamestop to another website!
Once I’ve opened up Gamestop, I’ll use their search bar to look up the prices of the two games! I’ll compare the prices, save the results and then I’m on to answering the question for the customer!
ChaCha now ya’ll…
Since I’ve compared prices and the cost of each game is the same, I’m going to include information that I found on Gamestop about one of the games! It’s that little something extra that makes the customer feel important!
Since I’ve taken all necessary steps it’s time to answer the question! So I would word the answer like this!
“ At Gamestop.com both Madden 11 and NCAA Football 11 are $59.99! However, if you purchase Madden 11 you get a free $10 off coupon for your next purchase! Thanks for using ChaCha! Have a great day!”
Time Saving Tricks
Read the question! Most of the time customers are asking for information from a specific site, which cuts your search time in half!
Open up another tab! This is something I’ve found to be very useful! Opening up two tabs allows you to search for two different items at the same time!
Use ‘key words’! If the customer asks for the definition of ‘happy’, type in the word ‘happy’ and the first option on google will be the definition of ‘happy’!
