FINDINGS 37.5% of the employees among the total employees in the organization are undergoing stress. 68.75% of the employee facing interpersonal relationship problems and only 2.5% of the employees facing work load problems. 43.75% of employees facing stress in both home place and work place and only 18.75%of the employees facing stress at work place. 51.25% of employees strongly agree that the work stress management techniques will improves the confidence of the employees.
CONT…… 40% of employees agree that physical environment problem in the work place caused stress in them. 56.25% of employees agree that lack of communication causes stress.
SUGGESTIONS The company should provide frequent counseling to the employees in order to over come stress. The counseling should be focused on building up interpersonal relationship between the employees and superiors. Company should implement certain changes in order to over come stress in the work place such as flexible work hours, work load and periodic relaxation. Stress through lack of communication can be overcome through get to gathers, birthday parties, recreational tours that are been conducted by the organization.
