- Slide 1: How do we set up a document so that it looks like a brochure?
- Slide 2: We need small margins…
- Slide 3: …and three columns.
- Slide 4: Click on File > Page Setup
- Slide 5: This window appears.
- Slide 6: Change Margins to .5” on Top, Left, Bottom, Right
- Slide 7: Change Orientation to Landscape
- Slide 8: Click OK.
- Slide 9: On the Standard Toolbar, click on the Column button.
- Slide 10: Select 3 columns and click.
- Slide 11: You are now ready to add content.
- Slide 12: If you have added content to one column…
- Slide 13: And you want to move to the next column…
- Slide 14: …Insert a Column Break.
- Slide 15: This allows you to add content later…
- Slide 16: …and not affect the rest of your columns.
- Slide 17: To do that, make sure your cursor is near the end of a column.
- Slide 18: Then click on Insert > Break.
- Slide 19: Select Column Break and Click OK.
