    1. Slide 1: How do we set up a document so that it looks like a brochure?
    2. Slide 2: We need small margins…
    3. Slide 3: …and three columns.
    4. Slide 4: Click on File > Page Setup
    5. Slide 5: This window appears.
    6. Slide 6: Change Margins to .5” on Top, Left, Bottom, Right
    7. Slide 7: Change Orientation to Landscape
    8. Slide 8: Click OK.
    9. Slide 9: On the Standard Toolbar, click on the Column button.
    10. Slide 10: Select 3 columns and click.
    11. Slide 11: You are now ready to add content.
    12. Slide 12: If you have added content to one column…
    13. Slide 13: And you want to move to the next column…
    14. Slide 14: …Insert a Column Break.
    15. Slide 15: This allows you to add content later…
    16. Slide 16: …and not affect the rest of your columns.
    17. Slide 17: To do that, make sure your cursor is near the end of a column.
    18. Slide 18: Then click on Insert > Break.
    19. Slide 19: Select Column Break and Click OK.
