She is the Owner/President of Karen Pena, Professionally Speaking and provides motivational Keynotes and Training on Leading in Today’s Economy, Self Branding through Social Networking, Innovative Sales, Superb Customer Service and Change Management.
Karen has also been a National Account Manager for ConferenceDirect for four years and sources facilities all over the world for groups of 10 to 10,000 at no cost to her customers.
She enjoys all aspects of both of her businesses.
