    • General Cleaning
      • Gather equipment in a bucket
      • Pretreat tough spots

      • Wipe carefully
    • Washing Dishes
      • By hand
        • Scrape food, remove grease
        • Use hot water
        • Wash in this order - glasses, silverware, plates, serving dishes, cookware
        • Rinse in hot water

    • Kitchen Areas
      • Counters & tables
        • Wash daily with clean soapy water
        • Use all purpose cleaner to cut grease
      • Sink
        • Use glass cleaner on faucets, then buff
        • Hard water? Lime Away removes mineral deposits
        • Use old toothbrush around edges and faucet
      • Garbage Disposal
        • Every 2 weeks
        • Fill with ice and run without water
        • Run for 2 minutes
