Baldrige Model for Organizational Performance Excellence The Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award (MBNQA) is presented annually by the President of the United States to organizations that demonstrate quality and performance excellence. General Service Administration (GSA) Under the GSA Schedules program, GSA establishes long-term governmentwide contracts that allow customers to acquire a vast array of supplies (products) and services directly from commercial suppliers. With a large portion of government purchasing being made via GSA Schedules contracts, the program offers exciting opportunities for vendors. Our most comprehensive services includes all work necessary for our client to be awarded a GSA Schedule contract, developing a government procurement marketing plan, and on-going opportunity pursue. Small Business Administration (SBA) Small and sometime medium sized businesses have difficulties competing in the marketplace.
