  3. 3. Welcome to iMeet . ®Video meetings for businesses. Made simple. This guide walks you through how to setup your room, host a meeting and invite guests, and more. Simply learning the basicswill make you look like an iMeet pro. Let’s get started. 3
  4. 4. LoginTo login, type your iMeet room URL (for example iMeet.com/YourName) in your webbrowser. As a registered user, simply enter your email address and password used tocreate your account.If this is your very first time in your room, iMeet prompts you to complete a quick profileto put a face with your name. Enter your phone number so iMeet can call you. Whenyou’re ready, click call and the meeting calls you. 4

  6. 6. Set up your profileLet people get to know you better. Your profile provides a nice overview of who youare. Populate your profile by clicking on your cube. Clicking on your cube, or a guest’scube, expands it so you can learn more about them. You can easily integrate yoursocial networks from here. Sharing. It’s a good thing. Video TutorialAdd Photo OptionsYou can upload a photo or take a Customize room option settingspicture with your webcam. Actually, including webcam, connect panel andyou can upload up to four photos that audio.represent who you are – and swapthem out to change the mood whenyou’re in a meeting. Don’t want toupload a photo right now? You cancreate an avatar on-the-fly.Include a BioInclude a brief overview that tells yourguests a little bit about you. Where youlive, interests, hobbies, travel…whereyou attended school. 6

Or, while you’re in your room, click on the file cabinetto upload files and videos right from there. Lock the files you don’t want to share andunlock the ones you do. Plus, guests can drop files in your cabinet, even when you’renot there.Want to know another great thing about the file cabinet? Once loaded into yourroom, they’ll always be waiting in the cloud. So, you can access those files from anycomputer, anywhere, including your mobile tablet, iPhone or iPad.iMeet Room KeyYour iMeet Room Key is multi-purposed.It acts as your room monitor letting youknow who’s entered room when you’renot there. The monitor will pop up on yourcomputer, or mobile device, displayingnames and photos of guests. Don’t keepthem waiting. The Room Key lets youmessage directly back to your roomletting guests know you’re running late oryou’ll be right there.To download the iMeet Room Key clickhttps://imeet.com/tools. Youcan give out your iMeet web address, have iMeet call or email guests directly fromyour room’s Guest Invite Panel, and you can send the invite directly from the iMeetToolbar in Outlook.
