    Kala is bright, intelligent, quick to learn, organized, self-starter and a pleasure to work with. For a year and half she worked in my group as administration support to the marketing group while finishing her degree at PSU. She took on every task with a smile and always offered help to the team when we would be scrambling with deadlines. I would recommend Kala for a position in marketing, public relations and/or advertising without hesitation. Give her a task to learn or manage and she takes off and finishes it (probably before you can turn around!). She was a joy to have in the group and I'm sure she would be a valuable asset to the next organization that grabs her.

    Kala showed promise in my Creative Strategy class early on. Unlike many, Kala "got it." She thinks through problems much deeper than most, and understands issues on both abstract and concrete levels. Kala is as much creative as she is strategic - what a combination to possess! When given a task, no matter how difficult, Kala tackles the challenge with passion and diligence. She does not settle, and pushes herself to arrive at the best possible solution to a problem.
