I love my recruiting peeps. I am just kind of tired of hearing about "I just dont see the value in reading about a sandwich" Ugh, come on people, that is 4 years ago conversation.... In order to see the value a tool, resources have you need to invest in them. Social Networking/Media are not going away, they are just getting more saphisticated. Invest please! before quoting old conversations.
