Key Hard Skills of Program Director Sound understanding of corporate and business policies, strategies. Visionary and capable to translate business strategies into meaningful program and project deliverables. Design and implementation of the program governance strategies. Engaging sponsoring group to develop vision statement for transformation. Take the lead to develop program brief and strategically aligned blue print. Sound understanding of strategy execution frame-work.  Develop program management plan, resource management strategy, monitoring & controlling strategy, risk management strategy and stakeholder management strategy. Design of program organization structure and establishment of program board. Managing top, key and high impact stakeholders and sponsors. Establishment of Program team, project team with necessary skills, resources and experience. Line management of core program team. Developing and implementing stakeholder engagement strategy. Showing visible leadership during communication with sponsoring group and stakeholders. Be the chair person in steering committee meeting. High impact leadership to execute the program across divisions and regions. Ensure program is always aligned with proposed benefits and benefit management strategy is in place.  Provide direction to the program and project team to achieve the vision of the program.
