  3. 3. Aim for a healthy weight  that is just right for you! <ul><ul><li>It decreases your risk of high blood pressure and types of diseases or cancers. </li></ul></ul>
  4. 4. Be physically active each day! <ul><ul><li>It uses energy to maintain a healthy weight. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>It helps to strengthen bones and muscles! </li></ul></ul>
  5. 5. Get the nutrients you need  from healthy foods <ul><ul><li>Eat more foods from the food pyramid. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>They help give your body the vitamins, minerals, and fiber it needs. </li></ul></ul>
