      • More than half of the pregnant new mom’s to be suffer from morning sickness. This ailment can strike at any time of day and is not restricted to mornings only.

      • You strap it on so that the plastic button pushes against an acupressure point on the underside of your wrist.
      • Avoid being empty stomach.

      • Cooking in the microwave usually produces less odors.

      • Eat smaller meals every two hours or so.
      • Do not drink fluids with your meals.
      • Do not skip meals if you can help it.
      • Intake of Vitamin B6 50 mg a day is helpful in eradicating pregnancy-induced nausea.
      • Ginger has been associated with lessening of nausea. One can take 250 mg Ginger capsules, three times daily.
