which means, no processed foods.
...and no chocolate.
but they sa that eating “real Food” changes your energy levels completel           y                                      ...
it isn’t easy.but it could be an exciting challenge.
it means new recipes and ingredients
and a test of willpower
most importantl the rew               y,      ard isn’t some stupid medal you wear around your neck
the initial challenge: two weeks.
