2. Massachusetts Attorney Kathleen Kilkenny
focuses her practice on conveyances, that is,
contracts between buyer and seller in real
estate transactions. Kathleen Kilkenny has 14
years' experience with the residential market in
the Cape Cod area.
Kilkenny is also involved in several professional
groups, such as the Real Estate Bar Association
(REBA) of Massachusetts. REBA's goals include
promoting ethical behavior, setting standards,
sponsoring educational programs, and
proposing legislation.
3. REBA provides many member benefits,
including a referral service to match
prospective clients and attorneys. It also
operates a one-to-one mentoring program, in
which experienced lawyers advise new ones
free of charge for six months.
Twice a year, REBA organizes continuing
education opportunities in the form of
conferences. These events, attended by some
700 people and 50 exhibitors, consist of up to
10 workshops; REBA members receive discount
registrations.
