  • RESUME FORMATS
    There are four resume formats as follow:
    • Chronological resume:
    • 9. It has details about your objective, skill sets, educational details and experience history in a chronological order.
    • 10. It is best suited for the people with very good work experience.
    • 11. Targeted resume:
    • 12. If a person wants to enter a new field, or if there is a gap in his/her career, functional resume is best suited for that.

    • 14. The skills, educational details, projects undertaken, relevant experience are highlighted to make the resume customized or targeted
    • 15. Combination resume:

  • HOW TO DESIGN A RESUME?
    • Limit your resume to one or two pages.
    • 28. Avoid using italics.
    • 29. Highlight the key point.
    • 30. Select readable size.
    • 31. Avoid abbreviations and acronym.
    • 32. Never use pronouns such as: “I”, “me”, “my”, “our”.
    • 33. No fancy fonts, binders, layout.
    • 34. Avoid lists of boring sentence.
    • 35. Avoid using hyphens.
    • 36. Limit your paragraph to four or five lines.
    • 37. Select white paper and use only black ink.
