• Take any corrective actions if necessary

• Bru : Checking the plastic lock of packs
• Axe : Axe’s ad was banned

5) Dealing With Daily Obstacles

• Prevent work on things which aren't relevant or aren't productive
• Provide a good working environment

 Sunsilk : Demand planning – keep tracks of weekly sales
 Vaseline : Had to delay its advertisment (Emami )

• Advance the careers of the individuals who work for you
• Build the organization and its capabilities by hiring as needed and

By tallying the internal data, it comes to know that the sale of sanitizer is increasing. Furthermore it gets a report saying that government might make sanitizers compulsory for corporate’s. So what does HUL do next? It comes out with a marketing campaign solely targeted towards corporate for sanitizers. And it does that before its competitors come to know about it.
