About Music Export Hungary - 2009 Music Export Hungary (MXH) was created at the start of PANKKK in 2005, as one of the main pillars of the program. During the initial years, the Export Office was functioning as a part of Hungarofest Kht., the national organisation responsible for Hungarian cultural seasons in foreign countries. At the beginning of 2009, as a part of the structural changes within the whole program, the Export Office joined the newly founded PANKKK Program Bureau, thus enabling more efficient ways of sinergy between the domestic subsidies and the export projects.
