Archaic carts are replaced with modern, streamlined carts and bags:

New laundromat would operate on a subscription basis. For a membership fee $5 per month, customers would receive: card that can refilled with money, eliminating the need for quarters supply of detergent, fabric softener, stain remover, eliminating carrying additional items Wi-Fi access locker/cubbyhole space reusable laundry bag
