Was inspired to dig up this old deck I did when Faris Yakob got the debate fired up on his blog.

So here's a planner's perspective on focus groups, and the ways we can try to make them a bit better.

Apologies for the obscene powerpoint-y-ness of this preso. Apparently back in June 09 I wasn't using the power of imagery.
