Teaching and Learning Statewide Data for 2007-2008 shows… 69.7 % of campuses statewide were also classified as Developing Tech in the area of Teaching and Learning 3.9 % were classified as Early Tech 25.5% were classified as Advanced Tech Only 0.9% were classified as Target Tech
