  • I aspire to be an inspiring elementary building principal.
    • I aspire to be a school leader who will use a variety of data sources to identify the individual developmental needs of each learner in my school.
    • I aspire to be a leader who models effective learning strategies for teachers in my building, so that all students achieve to their fullest potential.
    • I aspire to be an educational leader who inspires the teaching of 21st century skills essential for achievement within and beyond the school environment.
  • I aspire to be an elementary building principal who leads in the creation of a school climate that nurtures the academic, social, and emotional development of the whole child.
    • I aspire to be a leader who is committed to working collaboratively with all stakeholders to ensure continued progress in reaching the goals that we set for our school. 
    • I aspire to be a principal who clearly communicates a shared vision for learning that engages students, families, teachers, and the greater community.
    • I aspire to be a building principal who utilizes resources responsibly to create a safe and nurturing learning environment for all teachers and students.
    • I aspire to be an educational leader who aspires to always learn from research and others around me.
