    3. 3. Meet Katy Katy wishes she could make fitness a routine, even with her demanding schedule. Katy is is a busy young professional. Ideally, Katy would like to go to the gym, bike, dance, and go out with friends - like she used to. However, work and other commitments take priority.
    4. 4. Trying to get everything done on your own can be overwhelming. Without a group of friends or workout partners and with a ton to do, it can be easy to fall into unhealthy habits. Reality
