    1. Besides gaining weight, another major cause of man boobs are imbalanced hormones. As you probably know hormones can very powerful and have a major effect on we look and feel. They can be a leading cause of us developing both male and female characteristics. The majority of the time when our bodies are looking abnormal it is due to an imbalance in hormones. A lot of people are not aware of the fact that our diets can be a leading factor in how our hormones are balanced and can also be a leading cause in the development of man boobs.
    2. The best place to start in correcting this imbalance is to start analyzing our diets. I recommend getting a notebook and keeping track of every single thing you eat over the course of a week. After this you will want to sit down at your computer and do a little research as to find out which of the foods you are eating may be contributing to your imbalance and more importantly, your man boobs. Once you have found the possibly culprits you will want to eliminate them entirely or as much as possible to try and get things back on track.
    3. One of the main culprits you will find is meat and by-products that come from farm animals. The sad fact is that these animals are pumped full of hormones to make them bigger and to increase their milk production. When we turn around and drink this milk or eat their meat we also end up ingesting the hormones. Besides these injected hormones, there are also many foods that contain high levels of estrogen in them. The best way to avoid this is to eat as much organic food as your pocket book will allow. Organic farmers are very strict in their growing process and forbid the use of pesticides, artificial fertilizers, or additives. Any animals raised organically are also not feed any type of growth hormones or given any antibiotics.
    4. As you can see your diet is an essential part of getting rid of your man boobs and it should be taken very seriously. Below are two lists of food; first is foods that you should avoid as much as possible, and second foods that you should embrace and east as much of them as possible.
