Two facilitators per topic per session - need 20 facilitators per session Invite “Certified Scrum Coaches” to take on this role, have it emerge in the groups 10 groups at one session, 3 sessions, 50 min per session Written summary of each group (one flip) to be displayed in a gallery in the break room Our plan
Preparation: to do´s Define roles: doctors, patients, visitors, nurses Clarify how to gather & prioritize topics Assign doctors, clarify roleplay, set the stage Build team of nurses, i.e. large group facilitators

Time-slot: the third day is actually the worst option for an open-space-like format.
