Special Electrical Motors Orbito Special Motors series are part of an integrated range of induction machines, manufactured in a modern production facility dedicated to total quality to serve specific & special Application needs. Orbito motors consist of special OEM motors in standard &non-standard frames. Special motors with non-standard flanges, non-standard dimensions, non-standard mounting, non-standard bases etc. can be manufactured. Economically cost wise viable quantities for different duty cycles, dual speeds, and different torque-speed characteristics can be manufactured as well. Orbito motors are precision designed with robust construction and it is noted for reliability in the worst conditions. These motors are available in IEC frame size as well as modified mechanical frame sizes for special applications. Types of Motors:Special induction motors with specific torque requirements, torque speed curve characteristics and various duty cycles can be designed and offered as per customer requirements. Extended shaft and Double shaft extension motors can also be offered. Dual Speed Motors: Variety of Application such as machine tool, fan, pumps, hoist & crane, positioning equipments and many other applications needs dual speed motors. Dual speed can be achieved by either separate winding or by pole changing. Torque can remain same but output power of the motors can change as per requirements. Orbito dual speed motor comes in combination of 2880/1440 RPM, 2880/720, 1440/720 1440/1000 RPM, 1000/720 RPM. Dual Voltage Motors: Orbito motors can also be designed and offered to work on dual voltage combination like 415/240, 400/230, 380/220. Cooling Tower Motors: They are specially designed flange mounted motors in totally enclosed construction to suit air conditioning & refrigeration industries. They are provided with special long shaft construction with external threading. Motors are compact in design & less in weight to facilitate easy installation and maintenance. Cooling tower motors are available in modified mechanical frame size & mounting structures also. However, any frame can be given in both CI and AL. Range:Power : 0.37 to 22.0 kW Polarity : 2P, 4P, 6P, 8P Mounting : Foot, Flange, Face or any other as required Frame size : 71 to 160 Voltage : 415V ± 10% or as required Frequency : 50Hz ± 5% or as required Ambient: 50°C. Enclosure : TE, TEFC or as required Protection : IP55 Insulation class: Class F insulation with temp. Rise limited to class B.
