A level of leadership & self, related to productivity. (feeling of future hope) </li></ul><ul><li>CHARACTER- Honest, sincere, sly, crafty, calculative, gregarious, etc . </li></ul><ul><li>MORALS: Principles of good behaviour. </li></ul>

(fwd msge, jokes, trash) </li></ul><ul><li>Change setting of Xerox M/c after use. </li></ul><ul><li>Attend in time with requisite documents. </li></ul><ul><li>Follow protocol and Hierarchy as per expectations / rules. </li></ul>

INTERPERSONAL SKILLS <ul><li>Please/ Thank you/ Hello/ Goodbye – hardly used because many take it for granted that it be understood. </li></ul><ul><li>Smile and look interested in others, and listen attentively while being spoken to, or while speaking. Open doors (regardless of gender). </li></ul><ul><li>Introduce yourself & others you know, when in a group. </li></ul><ul><li>Be helpful and respect people’s time. </li></ul><ul><li>Compliment people in person or write ‘Thank-you’ or Congratulation’ notes. </li></ul><ul><li>Do as promised and aim to do it better than expected. </li></ul><ul><li>Done your best? It takes 72 muscles to frown, and only 14 to smile. </li></ul><ul><li>BE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL AND ALERT. If you want to have a friend- be one first. Promptness in service.
