What is DMS Emailing? Available to All DMS Batch Reports. Allow user to directly email reports their reports to themselves or others. Email can be added even after it been submitted. Email sent is HTML text. Customizable for Email header and link message. Email is pdf and stored on server. 06/06/09 For a Better Future

Why was Emailing Needed? JUF use to deliver printout to user from the Spooler on a daily basis. Email would have provided a direct way to deliver reports to Users. JUF requirement was to provide a secure and efficient way to send our PDF reports to users. What came out was an emailing with a link to the report to satisfied both security and email capacities. 06/06/09 For a Better Future

Real Life User email report everyday and schedule emails daily, weekly, and monthly. It has allow JUF to deliver less printout to user. User can get report anytime now then in the past where it was only overnight reporting. It has allow user to use DMS more to get them the reports in a more timely fashion. 06/06/09 For a Better Future
