Fruits that set at 10°Crefrigerator, from outside peels of applestill greentheres no changeand in theinner side the corner of apple tissue darker than inside(blue to slight blue). But(outer side) of banana, the skin became dark gray and( Inner side)banana tissue turns toblue in corner and less scattered in littlearea in the middle (darker in corner than inside).
