    • Also CCT is one of the companies that is utilized by ICL and is taking care of the stevedoring activities for a.o. containers (short sea and deep sea), steel and the non-ferrous. Moerdijk in the immediate vicinity of the main waterway routes between Antwerp and Rotterdam. Directly connected to all the main motorways towards a.o. Germany, Belgium, France and Spain. The advantage of the Moerdijk, 30km south of Rotterdam, is that vessels, trucks and barges avoid the congested area around Rotterdam and Antwerp. ROUTE OF BARGES =

    • PORT AUTHORITY MOERDIJK SECURITY & SURVEILLANCE Unique system in the world which is monitored day and night Entire industrial area Moerdijk is fenced and all entrances have speed gates which can be closed with one push on the button Special software scans all license plates and alerts when reported stolen cars/trucks enter this area and camera’s starts recording data. Recorded images are very quick and easy to retrieve
    • Infra-red camera’s together with white light-plants are providing crystal clear recordings during night time The entire industrial infra-structure in the Moerdijk is under camera surveillance, even the parking lots for the trucks Obviously, we cannot prevent everything but be sure that we, and the Port Authorities have done our utmost with all technology available on the market
    • CCT is working with modern equipment: 2 Heavy lift cranes type: Gottwald HMK300 built in august 2005 and september 2006. Dedicated gantry crane for containers and two multipurpose cranes with a SWL 45T. A wide span of forklifts: 6x reachstacker (built 2004-2006) 2x empty (built 2006) 9x terminal trucks 1x 32mt forklift built in 2005 2x 16mt forklift built in 2004 and 2006 15x small forklifts from 3-12 ton

    • Warehousing is for us much more then just simply storing material. Customs clearance, stock control, order picking, (re-)packing, labelling, lotting, weighing and re-conditioning are just basic procedures for us. We meet your requirements with a tailor-made service, clear communication and an advanced warehouse management system. The combination of all these items is the answer to all your warehousing and storage requirements.
    • BARGE TERMINAL May container lines including the top 3 have a contract with CCT for handling their containers. With daily barge services between Rotterdam-Moerdijk, Antwerp-Moerdijk and Amsterdam-Moerdijk, CCT provides a regular and daily guaranteed window of container transport to and from the main deep sea terminals.
    • RAIL TERMINAL CCT is operating their own rail terminal with 1x 900 meters and 2x 600 meters rail suitable for efficient transport of complete trains into Europe.
    • CAMERA SURVEILLANCE, 24/7 Intelligent camera software automatically detects movement during night time and records such images. Together with door-sensors and infra-red sensors in our base metal warehouses, we have invested heavily in security and prevention.
