Quick Search<br />
Custom Search<br />
Highlight search items<br />
How to save a detailed search<br />
Save to Excel format or<br />
Save to comma delimited format(Best for importing to OUTLOOK)<br />
Save the file to your PC<br />
Name the file <br />
Output in Excel format<br />
Output in comma separated(preferred for OUTLOOK) <br />
In Outlook- click on File Import<br />
Importing the file into Outlook<br />
Find your file & point to “contacts”<br />
Import the file and map the fields<br />
Drag & drop left to right<br />
Be sure to check Import,then click to Finish<br />
Open outlook and search on name <br />
View contacts and add email address and notes about contact<br />
