Sun engineers preffer Java
Few pythonistas even know about Python in
OpenOffice.org
However... python is a great tool for entry
developers and not so new

Python has issues in OOo is compiled with the
software
Python has few releases in OOo
Python patches are not commited as fast
Took 3 years to move to 2.6
OOo framework still very hard
Python could be eaiser if we have a new
framework for RAD
