For that reason, the free software community have resources such as Mozilla communication suite and Mozilla Thunderbird. </li></ul><ul><li>OpenOffice.org has connectivity with all E-Mail clients. </li></ul>

Access. </li></ul><ul><li>OpenOffice.org new version will have support for a NEW native database and also compliant with XML. </li></ul>

Differences to what I am used to <ul><li>It has important differences with products such as Microsoft Office. </li></ul><ul><li>Is NOT meant to be a clone of MSO. </li></ul><ul><li>Learning it's differences is always important </li></ul><ul><li>Capitalize on community collaboration to learn it's differences </li></ul><ul><li>Native file format (sxw, sxc, sxi)works better than doc, xls, ppt formats </li></ul><ul><li>It doesn't play well with complex tables and floating objects like images </li></ul><ul><li>Doesn't has as many formulas as Excel, but most of them </li></ul><ul><li>Visual Basic macros don't port well to OOo </li></ul>
