  • 2. + Expert Focus Area Goal: Become an expert for a specific behavior in five weeks. What behavior? To get female freshmen at Stanford to eat one piece of fruit every morning. Why? Fruits are nutritious (delicious). Breakfast is healthy. Structured behaviors beget structured behaviors.
