Hardiness: Zones 3 to 7 Texture: Medium Habit: Teardrop shaped, looks pruned when young Cultivars: ‘Greenspire’ is the most popular Landscape value: Excellent fast-growing shade tree. Has a beautiful shape when it is young. Good street tree and likes alkaline soil. Best Season: Spring
