    Because creativity isn’t seen as a core business function, it’s considered a SOFT SKILL.




    You don’t want your peers or boss to see you fail.

    It’s so important to be able to communicate your creativity in an effective way. It’s no good writing the best song in the world if you won’t release it.

    But it’s not the end of the world

    What I think we should remember

    Creativity in onside with experimentation and risk

    creativity, just like people, is unique

    There are many forms of creativity, not about colouring between the lines

    It’s about to our creative leaders to empower people to be creative

    We need to challenge our own perceptions. They need to stop calling them soft skills.
