  • Because creativity isn’t seen as a core business function, it’s considered a SOFT SKILL.



  • You don’t want your peers or boss to see you fail.
  • It’s so important to be able to communicate your creativity in an effective way. It’s no good writing the best song in the world if you won’t release it.
  • But it’s not the end of the world
  • What I think we should remember
  • Creativity in onside with experimentation and risk
  • creativity, just like people, is unique
  • There are many forms of creativity, not about colouring between the lines
  • It’s about to our creative leaders to empower people to be creative
  • We need to challenge our own perceptions. They need to stop calling them soft skills.
