  • 7. And a larger quotient, would like to participate

  • 9. Board members know and are connected with some

  • 11. Board members know and are connected with some THE CONDITION: The Board has contact with a small fraction of the NESEA community

  • 24. THE GOAL Recognize and develop the leadership capacity that resides within the NESEA community to create member driven and staff supported projects and programs that advance NESEA’s mission. Build a bench of strong NESEA leaders.
  • 25. THE STRATEGY Expand the ambition of the Nominating Committee to the development of the leadership potential that resides within the NESEA community. Create a LEADERSHIP WORKGROUP that includes members of the Board, the Staff, and a select group of NESEA members.
