    • IT`S MADE FROM NEWLY FERMENTED MUST WITHOUT SKIN, SEEDS OR ANYOTHERS INGREDIENTS.

  • THE WINERY
    • BODEGAS VIÑAS DE ORO IS LOCATED WITHIN THE HACIENDA HOJA REDONDA, 213 KM. SOUTH FROM LIMA, IN THE TRADITIONAL DISTRICT OF EL CARMEN, CHINCHA PROVINCE AND ICA DEPARTAMENT.
    • OUR WINERY OPENED ITS DOORS IN 1983. CURRENTLY, THE PROPERTY HAS AN EXTENSION OF EIGHT HUNDRED HECTARES. EIGHTY OF WHICH ARE DEDICATED TO GROW SEVEN TYPES OF PISCO GRAPES (AROMATIC: ITALIA, MOSCATEL, TORONTEL, ALBILLA AND NON AROMATIC: QUEBRANTA, COMMON BLACK AND MOLLAR).
    • BODEGAS VIÑAS DE ORO HAS GOOD AGRICULTURAL PRACTICES CERTIFICATION, A CERTIFICATION PROGRAM THAT AIMS TO INCREASE AND REASSURE CONSUMERS ABOUT HOW FOOD IS PRODUCED AND HOW PRODUCTS UNDERGO FROM FARM INPUTS LIKE FEED OR SEEDLINGS AND ALL THE FARMING ACTIVITIES UNTIL THE PRODUCT LEAVES THE FARM. IT IS ALSO A REFERENCE FOR PESTICIDES USE AND WORKERS SAFETY. IN SUMMARY, IT SUPPORTS OUR SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND OUR PRODUCTS QUALITY.

  • PRODUCTION PROCESS
    • PERUVIAN PISCO IS A SPIRIT PREPARED FROM THE JUICE OF THE BEST GRAPES. THE PRODUCTION PROCESS BEGINS WITH GRAPES RECEPTION IN PLASTIC CONTAINERS TO PRESERVE THEIR INTEGRITY AND TO BE CLEANED WHEN TAKEN FROM THE LAND TO THE WINERY. NEXT COMES BRUNCHES REMOVAL, THE FRUIT IS SEPARATED FROM THE BRUNCH AND TAKEN INTO OUR FRECH EQUIPMENTS WHICH CRUSH UP TO 10,000 KG/HOUR. AFTERWARDS, USING A WHITE WINE TECHNOLOGY PRESS - PERA BRAND – THE GRAPES ARE PRESSED UNTIL ALL JUICES ARE EXTRACTED WITHOUT BREAKING THE SEEDS. GRAPES ARE PRESSED FOR ABOUT FOUR HOURS.
    • THE RESULT IS A JUICE THAT IS TRANSPORTED INTO STAILESS STEEL TPI TANKS WHERE FERMENTATION PROCESS BEGINS AT A CONTROLLED TEMPERATURE FOR 10 TO 12 DAYS. AFTER THIS PERIOD STARTS THE DELICATE DISTILLATION PROCESS THET TAKES PLACE IN 8 TRADITIONAL COOPER ALEMBICS, EACH WITH ONE THOUSAND LITERS CAPACITY. ONCE IT HAS BEEN DISTILLED, IT MUST REST FOR NO LESS THAN 10 MONTH WITHIN STAINLESS STEEL TANKS, WHICH HELP TO PRESERVE ITS AUTHENTIC NATURAL STRUCTURE.
    • FINALLY, VIÑAS DE ORO PISCO IS BOTTLED AND LABELED IN ITALIAN BORELLI BRAND EQUIPMENT ACCORDING TO PISCO TYPE AND VINTAGE.

    • THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CHILEAN AND PERUVIAN PISCO. TWO THINGS: THE CHILEAN GRAPES ARE NOT AS SWEET AS PERUVIAN GRAPES. AFTER DISTILLATION THEY (CHILEAN PISCO) RECTIFY WITH RECTIFYING COLUMNS AND WATER.
    • THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN GRAPPA AND PERUVIAN PISCO: GRAPPA IS MADE OF GRAPE SKIN, THE STEM AND DISTILLED WATER. THE PERUVIAN PISCO IS MADE OF 100% GRAPE JUICE.

    • 2 ounces of Pisco Viñas de Oro 3 ounces of cranberry juice ginger ale ice
    • In a highball glass place all the ingredients, add ginger ale up to the top and mix. Pisco Cranberry , a good drink stands out.

    • 2 ounces of Pisco Viñas de Oro 2 ounces of orange juice 3 ounces of tonic ice orange slices

    • 2 ounces of Pisco Viñas de Oro ½ ounce of triple sec 3 ounces of fruit juice (strawberries, tuna, melon, guanábana, custard apple and mango) ½ ounce of simple syrup ice
    • T his cocktail is as delicious as simple. The secret is to blend the fruit with little water. Next, shake all the ingredients in a shaker. Serve with no ice in a chilled martini glass. Piscotini is a tropical fruit cocktail that cheers you up
