Why locate out of town?
1. Massive amounts of FLAT land (space to expand).
2. AGRICULTURAL (farm) land is very cheap.
3. Excellent transport links: very ACCESSIBLE, due to proximity to motorways and major roads.
4. Changing shopping patterns, more shoppers use cars for once a month bulk buying.
5. Increases CATCHMENT area, where shoppers travel from, eg neighbouring towns and cities.
6. Provides a pleasant environment, attractive to shoppers and investors.
