Academic August Coach and 2014 to Administrator May 2015 Time Teachers will show improvement across multiple observations. Teacher observation using eWalk rubric based on best practices. Teachers will question at higher DOK levels with automaticity. 5. Teacher teams will analyze formative and summative assessments for DOK alignment to standards being assessed. Academic Coach November 2014 and April 2015 Time Formative/ summative, SLOs, benchmark assessments will reveal variety of DOK levels and assessment types. Assessments used will become more and more valid; student performance at higher DOK levels will improve. 6.Assessments will be revised based on teacher examination and analysis of data. System Level Curriculum Specialist May 2015 Time System level expert(s) will work with teacher teams to ensure that DOK levels within assessments are properly aligned to the DOK level in the matching standard(s). Teacher teams will review revisions for DOK and variety of question types. $1200.00 for subs Formative, summative, SLOs, benchmark assessments will improve based on revisions. Teachers will have an increased level of confidence in the assessments. Examine TKES walkthrough and observation data to determine a correlation. This process will need to be revisited as teachers become more proficient. All teachers will be provided with updated copies of assessments.
