Step 2 – Enable macros for Excel (continued) Then click on the Security tab and then the Macro Security button in the bottom right Justgiving donation/Gift Aid payment report manager instructions Check your macro settings are at medium and save and re-open the file – you will then be prompted to enable macros every time you open the report manager

Step 5 – Save the file, giving it a memorable name for the settings used (e.g. Finance selections, Jon's selections, etc.) Step 6 – Download a donation (or Gift Aid ) payment report from the Justgiving website or open a saved report Justgiving donation/Gift Aid payment report manager instructions

Step 7 – In the open payment report, click on the new 'Justgiving' menu item and select 'Format Report' Justgiving donation/Gift Aid payment report manager instructions
