Justgiving KPI Presentation - Presentation Transcript

    1. Charity KPI report, February 2008
    2. What is it? And how did we get it?
      • We used an outside agency to do in-depth interviews with a variety of charity clients in November 2006 to identify 14 KPIs that we should measure ourselves against
      • All the answers (213) are from charities who had 10 or less fundraising pages at the time of asking (February 2008)
      • There were not enough responses from charities with more than 10 fundraising pages to draw any conclusions or provide unbiased results
      • Charities were asked to rate us on a scale of 1-5, where 1 is “completely agree” and 5 is “completely disagree” with an option to put 6 as “don’t know”
      • The graphs show “Positive” answers as the sum of scores of 1 or 2, “Neutral” is the number of 3s, “Negative” is 4s and 5s and “Don’t know” is the total 6s
    3. Q1. My charity collects more donations now that it uses Justgiving than it did when it used only offline fundraising methods. Increase in Positive is 18%

    17. Positive comments… 
      • Justgiving makes life so much easier for our supporters and for us which allows us to spend time on what matters.
      • We've only started using it fairly recently, prompted by potential donors to set up a page. It's excellent, very straight forward and saves me a significant amount of time and effort.
      • very impressed and grateful for the quick and prompt advice received
      • I've been so pleased with Justgiving, that I now pay a donation to a small charity I support on the basis that they use the donation to subscribe to Justgiving.
      • I have recommended Justgiving to another charity, who now use it. I have discontinued our membership of xxxx as their reporting did not match that of Justgiving.
      • My experience of using Justgiving, both for my charity and as a donor has been excellent. I have also recommended your service to other charities. Feedback from our supporters has been very positive, and all who have used it, say that they will work harder to get their sponsors to donate online in future.
      • The Webinar was really good! I hope you continue organizing them
    18. Not as good comments… 
      • I find the process of getting the reports a little confusing
      • I am more than satisfied with your service. The only comment I would make is that your accounting reports are very complicated.
      • I think the service is great, but I am still struggling to get the reports that I want from the website. Hope I don't sound to negative, as I love you guys and what you do.
      • Help with reconciling gross and net amounts raised per fundraiser in order to simplify record keeping and book keeping!
      • I presume that eventually one will not be able to get into the old style of Justgiving reporting. When this happens I will find it a problem as i find the old style payment report much quicker and easier to use than the new style customised reporting.
      • The reports are very confusing and long winded in the new web pages. I end up using a mixture of the reports in the old sign-in, and one in the new.
      • We liked the previous system of reporting and had a bit of trouble finding our way around the new one.
